Deine Geschäftsdaten und gespeicherten Originalbelege als Paket herunterladen. Hier findest du den Ablauf, die Formate und die Unterstützung für deinen Wechsel.

Daten herunterladen

Unter „Vertrag & Datenschutz“ mit deinem Kontopasswort ein ZIP-Paket erstellen. Auch nach Ende des Arbeitszugangs bleibt der Export während der vereinbarten Abrufphase erreichbar.

Übernahme prüfen

Dateien öffnen, Vollständigkeit prüfen und den Import mit deinem Zielanbieter abstimmen. Optional kannst du diesem einen widerrufbaren Datenzugang für 24 Stunden erlauben.

Wechsel abschließen

Vertragsende, Abrufphase und Löschung gemeinsam klären. Aufbewahrungspflichtige Belege vorher in dein weiteres Archiv übernehmen.

Ein Download kündigt kein Abo und löscht keine Daten. Vertragsende und Löschweisung sind getrennte Schritte.

Den vollständigen Betriebsexport erstellt die berechtigte Ansprechperson des Betriebs. Dafür ist ihr Kontopasswort erforderlich.

Was du erhältst

Strukturierte Kunden-, Fahrzeug-, Termin-, Lager- und Belegdaten, Positionen und Zahlungsaufzeichnungen sowie Aufgaben, Mitarbeiterzeiten mit Korrekturverlauf und Fahrzeugkaufverträge. Enthalten sind auch Vermietungen, Mietunterlagen, Übergabeprotokolle und Kautionsbuchungen. Dazu vorhandene Originaluploads, ausgestellte PDFs, gespeicherte XML-Dateien, DATEV-Archive und Vertragsnachweise.

Eingangsrechnungen und Lieferantengutschriften sind mit Steueraufteilung, Zahlungsaufzeichnungen, Änderungsverlauf und unveränderten PDF- oder Bildoriginalen enthalten.

Das Datenmodell beschreibt Beziehungen. Prüfsummen ermöglichen die Kontrolle der Dateien. Nicht enthalten sind Zugangspasswörter, Freigabeschlüssel, fremde Betriebsdaten und interne Supportnotizen.

Das Gesamtpaket enthält Daten verschiedener Kunden und Beschäftigter. Es darf nicht ungeprüft als persönliche Datenschutzauskunft weitergegeben werden. Für eine Auskunft zu deinen eigenen Daten kannst du dich auch ohne Konto an den Datenschutzkontakt wenden.

Fristen & Unterstützung

Für die Vorbereitung höchstens zwei Monate; für den regulären Wechsel höchstens 30 Kalendertage. Während des Übergangs bleiben Dienst und angemessene Unterstützung verfügbar. Nach Abschluss stehen die Daten mindestens 30 Tage zum Abruf bereit.

Ist eine technische Verlängerung erforderlich, informieren wir dich innerhalb von 14 Arbeitstagen mit Begründung und einem alternativen Übergangszeitraum. Dieser beträgt höchstens sieben Monate. Du kannst den Übergangszeitraum außerdem einmal um einen für dich geeigneten Zeitraum verlängern. Datenexport und Wechselunterstützung sind ohne gesonderte Wechselgebühr. Vertragsende, Abrechnung und Löschung werden ausdrücklich geklärt.

Datenmodell als JSON öffnen

Formatversion 1: ZIP mit JSON Lines in UTF-8, ISO-Datumswerten und Geldbeträgen als Dezimalzeichenfolgen. Gespeicherte Originaldateien bleiben unverändert. Datenmodell.json beschreibt Felder und Beziehungen; Pruefsummen.json enthält SHA-256-Prüfsummen.

Eine automatische Anpassung an das Zielsystem ist nicht enthalten. Importfähigkeit und steuerliche Weiterverarbeitung mit dem Zielanbieter abstimmen. Nicht gespeicherte historische Fassungen lassen sich nicht nachträglich herstellen. Bei fehlenden oder widersprüchlichen Originaldateien wird kein vollständiger Export bestätigt.

Der Kontoinhaber erstellt unter „Vertrag & Datenschutz“ einen Zugang für den benannten Empfänger. Er prüft vorab, welche Daten dieser erhalten darf und ob eine Auftragsverarbeitungsvereinbarung erforderlich ist. Dieser ist 24 Stunden gültig, widerrufbar und ausschließlich auf den vollständigen Export dieses Betriebs begrenzt.

Höchstens fünf vollständige Exporte je Betrieb und Stunde. Passwörter und Cookies sind kein Ersatz für den Zugangsschlüssel. Mit Passwortänderung, Rechteentzug, Kontopause oder Widerruf endet dessen Nutzbarkeit. Auf dem Produktivsystem ausschließlich HTTPS verwenden.

Infrastruktur & Umgang mit staatlichen Datenanfragen

Die Anwendung trennt die Daten der Betriebe über kontobezogene Zugriffsprüfungen. Verträge und vollständige Datenexporte sind gesondert berechtigt. Externe Exportzugänge gelten höchstens 24 Stunden, sind widerrufbar und erlöschen bei maßgeblichen Änderungen der Kontoberechtigung. Dokumentfreigaben werden ausschließlich auf Benutzerauftrag aktiviert. Der selbst betriebene Fahrzeugschein-Scanner übermittelt Aufnahmen nicht an externe OCR-Dienste.

Für behördliche Datenanfragen gilt folgendes Verfahren: Die Geschäftsführung prüft Absender, Zuständigkeit, Rechtsgrundlage, Zweck und verlangten Datenumfang. Eine ausländische Anfrage allein berechtigt nicht zur Herausgabe. Bei Drittlandsanfragen werden für nicht-personenbezogene Geschäftsdaten die Voraussetzungen des Art. 32 Data Act und für personenbezogene Daten zusätzlich Kapitel V einschließlich Art. 48 DSGVO geprüft. Unzulässige oder zu weit gehende Anfragen werden zurückgewiesen beziehungsweise mit verfügbaren Rechtsbehelfen angegriffen. Bestehen begründete Zweifel, wird fachkundige Unterstützung hinzugezogen.

Eine zulässige Herausgabe wird auf den rechtlich erforderlichen Umfang beschränkt, dokumentiert und über einen für die Daten geeigneten geschützten Übermittlungsweg abgewickelt. Der betroffene Betrieb wird vorab informiert, soweit keine gesetzliche Ausnahme entgegensteht. Die Vertretung und Bearbeitung sind in der internen Betriebsanweisung geregelt. Unterauftragnehmer werden vertraglich auf die vereinbarten Datenschutzpflichten verpflichtet; Änderungen unterliegen dem Informations- und Widerspruchsverfahren der AV-Vereinbarung.

Diese Informationen betreffen auch nicht-personenbezogene Geschäftsdaten. Für personenbezogene Daten gelten zusätzlich die Datenschutzhinweise und die vereinbarte Auftragsverarbeitung.
